Finding a surrogate in Ukraine is usually something that is coordinated by the fertility clinic/agency you are working with. It is important to find out as much as you can about your surrogate, as well as the clinic/agency you are working with.
Experiences are mixed with surrogacy journeys in Ukraine. Surrogacy in Ukraine typically costs £40,000 to £65,000 overall for UK parents. Providers in Ukraine usually offer a service which includes a package of all the various elements, charged in stages as you move through the journey.
However, it is important to be clear about what is included and what is not. In most cases you will need to budget for your travel and accommodation and your UK legal fees in addition to your Ukraine surrogacy costs.
